We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original packaging

Items must be unworn, unused, and with all tags attached

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.

How to Return

To start a return, contact us at support@mercynote.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
